CRAZY COMPANY I loose my number

I’m going crazy and extremely frustrated trying to fix a problem with Xfinity for the past two months. It’s unbelievable — you talk to 50 different people, waste your time trying to fix an issue you didn’t create, and no one in this company can actually solve it.

You canceled my phone number that I’ve had for 10 years. My clients can’t reach me, and I’m losing money, patience, and valuable time. And still, no one takes responsibility or fixes the problem.

At this point, people dealing with the same issue should come together and file a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against you, just to see if there’s anyone in this company who actually cares about their customers.
