I have had an ongoing issue with Xfinity that has been unresolved for far to long. I Have been texting back and forth with store manager and she ceased to answer me. I do not want the direct message option as that has never resolved a single issue. I need to be directed to customer relations at a corporate level. I do not want an email to one of the people that answer the forums. I want direct management.
