Complaint

I have been on the phone for days trying to schedule an appointment with a technician to come to my home. I have a problem with my cell phone only in my house nowhere else it drops calls in my home if I go up the street I can make a call. I need somebody to come do a diagnostic in my house or to get me something that makes my phone work or I am going to another company. I am tired of being on the phone for hours and not getting any results.
