Cellular Data Slow
I have recently switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile, the plus plan. I've been an Xfinity home internet customer for awhile and didn't have issues.
I live in Chicago, absolutely should not be having 1 bar of internet inside buildings with an download speed of 8.02 mbps and an upload of 0.17 mbps. I should also be having a -105 dBm in a car in city limits.
I've contacted customer support and they're no help cause they think I'm talking about my home internet not cellular service. I've tried deleting my esim and redoing it, turning it on and off resetting mobile network, airplane mode, manually changing network operator, going in the store to get a physical sim card and they won't (they're pushing for esim only), ect and nothing.
What should I do now?

Good afternoon Scopeland First, thank you for joining our Xfinity Mobile family. I will be happy to look into this further with you. Are you experiencing issues in multiple locations, or just somewhere specific currently?
Have you performed a Network Reset on your device, already?
To complete a network reset on your mobile device, follow these steps:
Please let me know if this helps.

We are having the same issue on all our 8 lines. We were getting 350mbps and now under 10mbps. Haven’t hit a data cap. Have done absolutely everything with the devices including new eSIM, reset network settings, all of it. Even NeverSSL doesn’t load. It’s hurting our livelihood and their inability to resolve the issue makes switching worth considering.
