Can't sign on to my Xfinity Mobile account
I can't sign on to my Xfinity Mobile account. The online system is no help and the IVR system makes it nearly impossible to talk to a live agent. When I did finally get ahold of someone, she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. Help!
