Can’t port a number from Verizon corporate account

trying to port from Verizon to new iPhone 15.  Bought at Xfinity. Corporate Verizon accounts don’t use a pin to port I confirmed numerous times. Tried to use chat twice and called once no one at Xfinity mobile understood what’s happening. Can someone help. I’m very annoyed and willing to ditch everything.  God this is such incompetence on both companies. We have the release request done and the info it won’t port
