Callouts and receiving calls do not work

Signed on with Xfinity yesterday and I’m wondering why my texting and receiving texts work but I can’t call out or receive calls. Please advise!

@user_3g9kmw Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you are only able to receive texts. Can you please confirm if you have been able to make calls out at all? What troubleshooting steps have you already attempted, such as restarting the device? Also, can you confirm the make/model of the device you are using and if you have working cellular data and how many bars of service you see?

I have exactly the same problem. I activated my line yesterday and I weren't able to make or receive any call since !
