BritBox

When I try to access BritBox, the logo comes on, and then after a few minutes, it goes to a black blank screen. We have the supreme package of  BritBox And unable to access content. We had the basic package for BritBox and then bought the supreme package so we can watch shows even when they’re not available. Our credit card has been charged, but I still can’t access it today.
