billing issues
I was on a call with Xfinity earlier this month. The representative assured me he REMOVED AUTO Pay - and assured me I would be receiving the promo refund totalling the $100 owed to our account. This did not happen, I was billed $36 on 12/25/25. I was not refunded or provided promo as promised. I need to be refunded the $36 now, and need a refund of $90 in addition to this. I was only given a $10 so far, and the account is not resolved. We disconnected services of all kind - no internet or mobile services have been since November.
PLEASE RESOLVE Immediately - refund of $126 in full.
