Been waiting three hours for a call back from suprvisor

Three times waiting for supervisor  only to have the call drop, wasted hours on hold, or waiting for a call back,

Join the crowd! I spent two hours on the phone today with xfinity being passed back and forth from 'residential" to "mobile", and never got an answer to my probelm.. Sometimes the phone would just hang up. I then went to chat and went through four live agents until I finally gave up. They have the worst customer service you can imagine.
