Bankruptcy

Hello , I filled chapter 7 bankruptcy and I keep on getting the run around. Can you please give me a name of a person that I can talk to in this department I’m getting nowhere with your customer service representatives. There useless 

I hope you know giving me the runaround is in direct violation of bankruptcy code . Also may I have the address of this department. Thanks
