Bad network

Xfinity is a huge scam , I pay for unlimited data and WiFi in the home but I get one bar of service basically 80% of the places I go and the WiFi in my home is weak and doesn’t cover the whole house. Switching back to T-Mobile as soon as possible

@user_dtefv5 You could try resetting your network settings on your phone to see if that improves the cell service. As far as the WiFi coverage in your home, you might need to reposition/move your modem/router to a different location. Or inquire about an Xfinity WiFi Extender.

Optimize Router Placement & Environment
  • Central Location:
Place your router in a central, open area of your home to ensure the signal can reach all corners.
  • Elevated Position:
Mount or place your router on a shelf to elevate it off the floor, preventing signal obstruction.
  • Clear Line of Sight:
Avoid placing the router in cabinets, behind furniture, or near thick walls, as these can block the signal.
  • Reduce Interference:
Keep the router away from appliances that emit electromagnetic fields, such as microwaves, cordless phones, baby monitors, and large metal objects.
