Apple Watch Series 12 activation -- Tech Spot resolution date missed
I am requesting escalation of an unresolved Xfinity Mobile Apple Watch activation issue. My Apple Watch Series 12 GPS + Cellular is being rejected by Xfinity as “Watch not compatible.” This has already gone through advanced support and backend escalation under [Edited: “Personal Information”] and Tech Spot ticket [Edited: “Personal Information”]. I was given September 22 as the resolution date and instructed not to retry activation until then. It is now September 23, I retried activation, and the exact same incompatibility error remains.
I have already spent several hours with Xfinity Mobile support and do not want to restart basic troubleshooting. I am requesting review by Executive Customer Relations/Executive Resolutions and confirmation of what happened with the existing Tech Spot ticket.

Hello @user_51b40f, and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum. We understand your concern with the ongoing Apple Watch activation issue, especially after the time you've already spent working with our support teams and being advised that a resolution was expected by September 22.
Apple Watch activation with Xfinity Mobile is typically a seamless process, so we'd be happy to take a closer look at the steps that have already been taken and review the status of the previous escalation. For reference, our Apple Watch activation requirements and process can be found here: Apple Watch Activation Guide.
