Accepted solution

I was told to come to this page and mark a message as ACCEPTED SOLUTION. I could not find a drop down for it so I simply typed in ACCEPTED SOLUTION. Is that correct? Please advise!

user_20e59c The resolution indicators are attached by our mods when a post has been addressed, and resolved. It does look like that prior post you had was investigated and sorted out. The last update I saw was that you were curious about how to reach out on Reddit, and we informed you that we are same team that supports Reddit. Essentially, you would get the same support on Reddit, just the community of users is different, both are awesome options, but the backbone of both platforms is our team.

I spoke to someone this morning in the Executive Office and got things straightened out. All is resolved.
