Underground Cable Ali e

How do I get xfinity to come out and identify my underground buried cable running from my house to the utility pole? Ive tried many ways but unsuccessful. I will be building a post frame building above the cable line and it needs to be moved. Any help would be appreciated.

Current customer. And I am absolutely certain it is a comcast/xfinity cable running from my house to the utility pole.
