The Xfinity TV Remote app was recently removed from the Apple Store and Google Play, and it is no longer available for download. However, if you currently have the app on your device, you should still be able to use it as you would normally (though you may need to refresh the app; to do so, simply close the app and then reopen it). 

If you removed the app from your device, you may be able to use theXfinity Web Remote for Xfinity X1, which isavailable on xfinity.comon any mobile device. The Web Remote has many of the same features as that the TV Remote app did. Please note that the Web Remote isnotcompatible with Xumo Stream Boxes. 

In addition, theXfinity Voice Remoteis available to you if you have Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex, or an Xumo Stream Box. You can order one to be shipped to you through theXfinity Assistant(accessory shipping and handling fee may apply). Or you can visit a localXfinity Retail Storeto pick one up in person.
