Lost xfinity tv apps
I just got a new router modem from xfinity. I have xfinity internet but the i try to access apps thru my television I receive a message saying that I have no xfinity internet. I am using it to write this. I have seen other posts with this problem. It seems a setting is wrong in my account. I have tried the chat assistant with no luck. I have tried calling and again no luck. Help please.
