Autopay discount

Although the website says that there should be an autopay discount for credit card or bank account, I never received that. What happened?

You're absolutely right, we do offer an autopay discount, and it's intended to make managing your bill easier and more affordable. Let me clarify how it works and why you might not be seeing it yet.

To receive the autopay discount, we actually require two things: both EcoBill (paperless billing) and Autopay to be set up on your account. Here's a breakdown of how the discount works:

  • Using a Bank Account and Routing Number with EcoBill:
    • If you set up Autopay using your bank account and routing number, and you also receive your statements via email (EcoBill), you'll receive a $10 monthly credit. This is the most significant discount available.
  • Using a Credit Card with EcoBill:
    • If you set up Autopay using a credit card, and you also receive your statements via email (EcoBill), you'll receive a $2 monthly credit.

It sounds like you might have only set up autopay, and not the Eco bill. This is why you are not receiving the discount.

I know that setting up both might seem a bit more involved, but it really helps us streamline our billing process and reduces paper waste, which is why we offer the savings.
