Xfinity Voice

It's Been 3 days still no service on my home phone.

No dial tone, no ringing , it does however go to voice mail

@user_ff8806 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to bring your service difficulties to our attention. Not having a working phone would definitely be a concern. I'm happy to assist you in getting back up and running today. Before we begin, are there any troubleshooting steps you have already tried with your equipment and services? I would hate to repeat any steps you have already attempted.
