My mom has xfinity too and when she tries to call our landline from her landline, we can't hear her or anything when we answer the phone.

Hi, @! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your mom's home phone. Is the issue specific to her calling your home phone or is this happening with all phone numbers she calls?

I HAVE SAME PROBLEM,WHEN I MAKE OR RECIEVE CALLS MY VOICE NOT BEING HEARD I HAVE TO REBOOT MY MODEM EVERY TIME I FINISH A CALL.

THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE COMCAST DROPPED THE TEXT FEATURE FROM THEIR  VOICE SERVICES AT LEAST THAT IS WHEN I MYSELF NOTICED THE PROBLEM

BUT HAVE BEEN TOLD FROM OTHERS THAT WHEN THEY TRIED TO CALL ME IT WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL.

SEEMS FROM WHAT I READ IN THE FORM I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON HAVING SUCH PROBLEMS WITH VOICE SERVICE.

@, thank you for taking the time to detail the issue you're running into, it really helps to get us on the same page. I can only imagine your frustration, there are some important calls that you just don't want to miss, but I have your back on this. One way or another we'll get this fixed. Is this happening with all inbound calls or just select numbers?
