Xfinity Voice Sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.

I get the subject message "Xfinity Voice  Sorry, but something went wrong.  Please try again in a few minutes." Its been more then a day now, still no change.  I pulled the power plug out of my gateway, and plugged it back in. Once it was back up, still the same message. 

Update: This has been fixed. I posted else where. There were many working on this voice mail issue that seems to have affected a bit out there.

Update: I cleared the cookies, and temporary internet files. Still get the same message after logging back in.

I have also experienced the same issue since the weekend. Everything is fine except the web voice log in page to listen to voicemails. I have tried on different devices and browsers and it makes no difference.

Same here. I get the exact same message whenever I try to view voicemails or access my call history by way of my online account. Has been going on since early Monday.

Have exact same issue - began June 11, 2026.  Spoke with Customer Service yesterday & told might be a Xfinity "system" issue, but he could not find anything in his system indicating it was a system-wide problem.  Suggested that it would be resolved by June 24, 2026 & if not, contact Xfinity again.   The URL I have always used to view my (VOIP) Voice Call History is https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/callhistory - but now URL automatically changes to https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/voicemail.   When my Voice service was set up years ago, I requested Voice Mail be disabled & it remains disabled - but now that URL changes to "/voicemail" seems something amiss with Xfinity system since it's not opening the correct "page" to view Call History.

Update: This has been fixed. I posted else where and got help. There were many working on this voice mail issue that seems to have affected a bit out there.  This needs to be marked as solved/fixed.
