I need a provisioning signal sent to my xfinity gateway to activate my voice service.

I chatted with an xfinity agent. He sent a provisioning signal to my gateway and restarted it. My phone is working now.

Try unplugging your phone and wait a minute then plug in again. Good luck!
@MikeB39A I tried that, as well as, restarting the gateway, but it didn't work. Thanks!
