Xfinity Voice drops calls

Nearly every Xfinity voice call is interrupted by the incoming portion of the call going dead. The person on the other end of the call can still hear me. I have reset the modem multiple times and have tried various phones connected directly to the modem all without success.

user_rta65 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you have come across some concerns with Xfinity Voice service dropping calls. I would like to get to the bottom of this issue for you, you mentioned attempting to reset the equipment already and trying multiple devices. Have you also tried the steps listed on our Xfinity Support troubleshooting guide?
