Will Comcast provide setup details for non-integrated ATA devices

I want to use an Ubiquity system, however their cable modem does not have FXS ports so I need to use a third party ATA.

Will Comcast provide setup details and support for ATAs such as https://www.patton.com/voip-gateway/sn200/?

It's really very simple... either Comcast enables this use-case or I drop their VoIP service for Vonage or similar.

Hello, and thank you for joining the Xfinity Forums community, @JZinNH. We are here to help in every way we can however, we cannot troubleshoot devices that are not our product. What device are you using?

I did not ask for troubleshooting. I asked for the configuration, setup and technical specs to enable third-party VOIP ATA devices w/ the Xfinity Voice service.

If you have ever setup a VOIP phone or other VOIP device, there are URLs (SIP, etc), credentials, and similar needed to make it work.

Please provide details on how to setup a _standard_ VOIP ATA (analog telephone adapter) with Xfinity Voice.

To use Xfinity Voice, you'll need a compatible embedded Multimedia Terminal Adapter (eMTA), JZinNH. We may revise the requirements at any time for Xfinity Voice service, including the compatible eMTA makes, models, versions, and styles.

We do not guarantee the compatibility of Xfinity Voice with any other service, system or equipment, including customer-supplied eMTAs.
If there is an incompatibility, remedies are limited to those described in the Xfinity Voice Subscriber Agreement.

To use Xfinity Voice service you need a telephone handset and electrical outlets. Inside wiring and jacks are not required for service. Handsets may be connected directly to a Comcast Wireless Gateway device, or inside wiring and jacks can be connected to provide phone service throughout a residence.

Check that your equipment meets our minimum Xfinity Voice requirements here
