If you are using Nomorobo, the calls are likely due to that. See https://nomorobo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200536477-How-does-it-work-on-Landlines. If you don't want to use Nomorobo see "Disable Nomorobo" on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/nomorobo.
