What is readable voicemail?

Hi there, @bjkline I hope your having a good Friday! I appreciate the time you took to message us regarding what is readable voicemail and how do you access it both very good questions. Readable voicemail is a feature that converts voicemail messages into text using speech recognition technology. This allows users to read their voicemail messages instead of listening to them, which can be helpful for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, or who prefer to read information. The text can be delivered to the user via email, SMS, or an app. To access that feature, 

1. In the phone's Settings, select Apps or Apps & Notifications.
2. Sort the apps listed until Visual Voicemail shows and select the app.
3. Under 'App settings', select Notifications.
4. Move the slider to ON / OFF, or select each notification category to modify the notification.
