Vtech phone goes direct to voice mail after cutting caller off in a half hour

Phone cuts caller off after half an hour, caller hears 3 beeps. When the caller calls back, it goes directly to voicemail and phone does not ring.This is a v tech phone

Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps yourself, either through the Xfinity app troubleshooting diagnostics, manual troubleshooting, or reaching out to the manufacturer?
