Hello @user_785lpk, and thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forum. You've come to the right place for help with managing and clearing voicemails on your Xfinity Voice line.

To bulk empty your Xfinity Voice voicemail Trash and free up storage space:

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Voice using your Xfinity ID (you must be the Primary user or a Manager with Voice access).
  2. Select the Trash folder.
  3. Check the boxes next to the voicemails you'd like to remove.
  4. From the Actions menu, choose Delete or Empty Trash to permanently remove the messages.

Please note that deleted voicemails will continue to count toward your storage until the Trash folder is emptied, and permanently deleted messages cannot be recovered.

You can find additional information here: Xfinity Voice Voicemail Menu Options.

Let us know if this helps! We're always happy to assist.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

**By Telephone:**

Press **4** for personal options.
Press **2** for administrative options.
Follow the prompts to disable voicemail features.

**From Xfinity Voice Settings:**
