Voice service not working with new gateway

I activated a new gateway today and the internet connection is fine but the phone does not work.  The phone was working with the old gateway.  Can you help?

Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
