voice lines not working after modem upgrade
Neither voice line is working after replacing cable old modem with CM 2050V. For whatever reason, Comcast has not been able to provision the cable modem correctly to enable the voice lines after 2 hours of chat with support. There have been similar reports and wondering what the resolution was previously? The internet is working although upload speeds are still capped at 42Mbps

Thank you for reaching out here @user_8si8zt. That is certainly not the experience we would like you to have after that modem upgrade. We would be happy to look further into that from here. Did the chat support team submit an escalation to check on that provisioning?
