Voice equipment
I have an old eMTA Arris TM22G for my voice and my own modem and router for Internet, but after trading in my Xfinity gateway I find I still get charged now "15.00" / Month for the ancient eMTA device.
What equipment can I use as a replacement? I don't want to change my Internet setup.
Thanks

If you are asking about equipment available for purchase, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices. Select your speed tier (or two or three notches higher to allow for future speed upgrades) and be sure to check the "Voice/Telephone enabled" box.

Sure, but you'll still be paying the same as you were for the TM822G.
Your question is unclear. What are you trying to do exactly?

So go ahead? The 822 is approved for retail purchase and is still listed on their Device Info page, so what you are proposing should work as long as you're OK with being limited to "Wired Download Speed: Up to 286 Mbps".
And, as I posted above:

Thanks Bruce
Yeah... the 822 is only used for voice. I have a Moto 8611 for data along with a Syno Router where I'm getting a pretty consistent 500 - 600 wirelessly oh their 800 plan. Even plugged into the modem directly I can only go around 700.
Thanks
Good to know they will provision "my own" 822 - Gonna pick one up.

Best to get their blessing first. Two device setups like this used to be common, but Comcast has become cranky about it in recent years. They may or may not decide that you can't do it if you're not paying a rental fee. Good luck!
