Verizon Land Line number not ported after 2 weeks after ordering Xfinity Voice

We are having an issue with getting the Xfinity Voice enabled with an old Verizon landline number. When the order was placed the WRONG Verizon phone number was entered - I spent 90 minutes getting bounced from person to person to get it corrected. They did promise it was fixed at the end and went through the Xfinity verification prompts to confirm the request.

Now it's two weeks later - no number has been ported, no dial tone on the Xfinity service, Verizon service still working and the WRONG number is still listed on the Xfinity portal.

Can someone get me some help here for my 90 year old dad?

I'm considering just canceling the service and adding it back to do it again. Maybe a trip to an Xfinity store would help who has 90 minutes to get hung up on or passed from one person to the next?

Hello @tj10111, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
