Upgrade disaster
Have been with this company since 1969. I upgraded my package today and for some reason I don't have phone service. The automated system keeps telling me to confirm information and I've done there's three different times to no avail. It was a simple upgrade and it seems like the system is treating it like I'm a new customer which is crazy. I am an elderly woman and need my phone to be working since I have healed issues. I was told by one customer service rep to disregard The automated system that keeps telling me that my phone service hasn't been confirmed. What is going on with you guys that you can't get a simple upgrade of a long time customer right?

If the online activation does not succeed, call customer support: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
