"Unknown Name Private Number" caller ID for all incoming calls

Sometime last year all incoming calls to my landline phone show the CallerID  "Unknown Name Private Number" on my CGM4981COM.  If I look on the web I see the Caller ID.  I have called support 2 times.  They told me that they would call me back but they didn't.  The modem has been restarted, the power plug pulled and replaced but it makes no difference.

Not being able to view who is calling you can be frustrating since it is a feature that helps you delegate who you want and do not want to speak to. I will be more than happy to assist you with this issue so that not only you but others experiencing the same issue may find a resolution to their issue as well.
