Unable to get voice number activated and incorrect number removed

three agents promise to port correct number. finally see correct number on plan but incorrect number still shown and active. unable to get anyone to remove incorrect number and activate correct one. 72 hours every time and 20 days into the issue. no voice phone since 5-5-26 due to their failure to resolve issue.
