This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding.

I continue to be unable to access advanced call forwarding features on the internet site.  I get this message: This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding.

I have had numerous calls with Xfinity and no resolution despite agents insisting it is addressed.

Some even told me to go to the Xfinitity Connect App which does not exist.

Fortunately voicemail is working on the phone and this is just an internet access issue.

I would like to manage features online.

I'm sorry that's happening with the Advanced Call Forwarding @JT66NJ!  I use this feature myself often, so I know I'd just as frustrated with this happening. No worries, our team is here to help!
