Stutter dial not working

I gave voice messages waiting to be heard but I am not be alerted by stutter dial like I used to.

Hello, @mmdd22. Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the Message Waiting Indicator may not be enabled. Please try going to https://connect.xfinity.com/voice/settings/voicemailindicator and follow the below steps. 

*Login

*Click on "Voice"

*Click on "Message Wait Indicator"

*Click on "Enable", or "Refresh" a couple of times.
