Right number, wrong name

Starting today, when I call my home phone from my cell phone, my Caller ID at home is showing my cell number, but an entirely different name as the caller!  It should come up as "Wireless Caller" and show the number I'm calling from (my cell); instead it shows someone's first and last name, then my correct cell phone number.  Can someone advise me on what to do about this?  My cell service is not Comcast, but my home phone and my Caller ID service are Comcast.  "Wireless Caller" and my cell number have always come up on my home Caller ID, until today.

UPDATE: i tried a test, calling my second cell phone from my first cell phone, the one I was using today.  It comes up CORRECTLY on the second phone's Caller ID.  The problem seems to be with the Comcast Caller ID service.

Anybody I can talk to about this?  Getting it fixed?

Thanks so much for the new "badge" -- but I'd really appreciate some assistance even more.

@Harry3667, thank you for reaching out to our forum for help with your caller ID function. That feature can definitely save time and make sure you're answering the appropriate calls, so I totally get why you want to make sure it's working as it should. Plus, when you call home, you don't want to get screened lol, I have your back and can help. I see you've reached out in a direct message as requested in a different post, and I look forward to working with you.

@XfinityMarcos  Thank you for replying.  I addressed a Caller ID issue recently; same Caller ID, but a completely different issue.  The direct message I've sent today is for an OnDemand issue.  Just letting you know that it's not the same service I'm looking at.

@Harry3667, I did see that your direct message was for a different issue, but I can help with both. Kind of like two birds with one stone situation lol. But thank you so much for creating two separate posts for the different issues. We can continue working in our direct message.
