report security issue

Yesterday there were two calls listed in our call history as placed that no one in our household made. I've tried unsuccessfully to raise this with both the chat and phone customer service. I'm concerned that someone is spoofing our number. This is our landline using Xfinity Voice. Where can I report this to someone who will actually know what I'm talking about?

Looks like there was another unauthorized call to the same number this morning

The best team to reach out to would be our Customer Security Assurance Team. They are the experts when it comes to making sure your account and services are secure and not being used fraudulently! They can be reached by calling 1-888-565-4329 between 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week.

@XfinityCassandra​ Thanks for this, no help from the Customer Security Assurance Team. I called, spent many minutes on hold, and was assured a call back which didn't happen.

Hello @Soundsailor1 I am sorry that you haven't received a call back as promised, this isn't the experience we want for our valued customers like you. At this point, with the concern that you have, I recommend that you reach back out to our customer security Assurance team for further assistance as they are a specialized team who have the tools to investigate this concern.
