removing all features from home phone, call waiting, voice mail, call forwarding
I have read articles in forum going into 7/29/19 that others are requesting the same thing due to working from home. I am having the same issue and could lost job due to Xfinity not being able or not understanding how to remove these services so my phone gives off a busy signal when a call comes through and I am on another call. I was told features were removed and they are not. There is a rep on here who keeps saying send private message but you are unable to. Is this something that can even be done????
