Remove Xfinity Voice from plan

I want to update my plan and remove Xfinity Voice. I have tried several times to use the live chat assistant but they take so long to respond and only seem interested in pushing the mobile service. I have never used the Xfinity Voice home phone line and I just want it to go away. Why am I able to change my internet and tv plan on the website but not the voice? Please help!
