Port-out pin

have been trying to get port-out ping for voice line for couple of days How can I get this?

I guess no one in Xfinity wants to provide Port-Out pin that is required by law

I have spent so much time that I could have used to relax to get something done that is my right to have and this company is totally unable to do or admit there is a problem and provide timeline when it is going to be done. I have talked to couple of people and they have tried their best to do the job but lack of training or software limitation (That is not my problem) have made them unable to do it and I am not getting any response back from this company. If I have a choice, I would drop all my services period.
