Porting number from Comcast Business Voice to Xfinity Residential Voice

I recently had a horrific, nine hour, mult-day, multi-representative phone tag experience trying to get my Comcast Business Mobile service converted over to Xfinity Residential.  I only received useful help once I posted about my experience on the Xfinity Mobile community forum.  I was contacted and given a link to private message an Xfinity representative.  The representative assigned to my case, Kiki, was wonderful and provided me with a single point of contact until my issue was ultimately resolved.  Even she was faced with several roadblocks along the way.  As part of my transfer of services, I also moved my internet and voice from Comcast Business to Xfinity Residential. At the time, I asked to port my old Comcast Business Voice number to Xfinity Residential.  I was told that I could not do it until my Comcast Business service was terminated. Now, three weeks later, my Comcast Business Voice line has stopped working, so I switch the phone cord from my Comcast Business gateway over to my Xfinity Residential gateway and got dial tone. The current number is not my original number. I would like to port my original number over to my Xfinity Residential voice account now.  I dread having to navigate through the endless string of, very polite but ultimately unhelpful, offshore customer service representatives.  Could someone monitoring this forum please contact me so that I can finally complete my transfer from Comcast Business to Xfinity Residential?  Thank you.
