Ported number not working
Helen from higher level support activated number properly (unlike lower level tech) and all is working!
I had my old phone number ported in from numberbarn.com to replace the number on my xfinity voice. The number is showing as the only number on my xfinity voice but is still active on numberbarn.com. How long should it take to cancel the number at old provider after porting. I'm unable to get phone calls at home due to this.
