Please Bring Back Address Book Parameter On Voice Side

I've been frustrated since at least April 10, 2024, as Comcast made the big mistake of removing the Address Book parameter from the "Voice" side of their services. This is especially frustrating for me since my mom's number appears with the name "George Harding" on my call records. My mom is 100% a woman, while George Harding is clearly the name of a guy! I used to be able to add calls to my Address Book on the Voice side, but since they've taken that parameter away, it's becoming extremely frustrating for me. I've sent feedback to Tom Karinshak, and so far, they've told me they'll escalate my request to higher tier support. I haven't got an answer from them since January of this year, but it probably wasn't regarding the Address Book Parameter. The most recent answer about that one was in May of 2025.

She doesn't have a Comcast account. She has an IPhone. I have a Comcast account with internet, Email and a landline phone.

She's technically challenged, and my American sister gave her that particular phone. I'm not sure who her phone provider is, but I do know that it's an Iphone.

@Annabelle2 If your sister gave her the phone, is there anyway she would be able to help your mom with sorting out the caller ID concern? Unfortunately we would not be able to correct that as it needs to be corrected with the cell phone carrier your mom is using.

@BruceW​ Unfortunately this link you provided didn't exactly solve the problem. My mom is technically challenged, so she's not sure where to go or what keys to press to get to the Settings in her phone.
