Pin for voicemail

Trying to access vmail and says i need to setup pin and question. Both are done , still keep getting message

magall Click Settings at the top of the page, then select Usernames, Passwords & PINs on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down to the Voice Security PIN section of the page. To view your Security PIN, select Show to the immediate right of Security PIN. Your four-digit Security PIN should then appear on screen.

How to Request a New Security PIN

If you have not verified your Xfinity Voice account with your Voice Security PIN yet, the message below will appear upon signing into the Xfinity app. To request a new Voice Security PIN, click request one now. If you already have your PIN, click Continue.

@XfinityThomasB​ please! Please, please research the question before replying. Many, many here, including myself, have the same issue on multiple platforms and browsers. We have set and reset our PINs and security questions multiple times and we still get the same message. The problem is most definitely at your end.
