Good morning Kemo509. Thanks for reaching out to us here for help with the phone not working after moving the modem. I'm sorry that you have been stuck with no phone service. I hope that you were able to figure this out already. In the future for urgent situations like this please use our customer service support area so that your post is routed to us without delay.

When you moved the modem was the telephone line connected to a phone jack in your home or directly to the cordless phone base? You will want to make sure that the telephone line is plugged into tel1 on the back of the modem.

Hi, thank you for responding.

I, just yesterday,  plugged my cordless base into the modem (tel1). That one and my other two cordless phones work !!!

The weird thing is my kitchen phone that is plugged in the wall (not cordless) is not working.

I'm not to concerned with this.

Kemo509 I'm so happy to hear that you were able to get the cordless phones working! What I think happened is moving the modem from that location we lost the phone service back feeding to the home wiring for all your phone jacks. If you are happy with the cordless phones alone working than we can leave the connections as they are. If you want the other phone outlets in your home working we would need to set up an appointment or put the modem back to it's initial spot and rejoin those connections.

Is there anything else that we can help you out with for now?
