Phone number not ported from Verizon
After having placed my original order with xfinity on11/16/2020 because I was moving to an area that did not have Verizon, i asked that everything be activated on 12/22/2020 including the porting of my number from Verizon. When I activated my equipment on 12/23/2020, I discovered that the phone did not operate. After speaking to 2-3 service reps, I found out that the order to port could not be found. It is now 12/29/2020 and it still does not work. What do i do and how do i get credit from services that do not work?
