Phone number changed after upgrading plan from triple play to quadruple play
Recently upgraded our home account from triple play to quadruple play, and in the process we lost our number that we have had for over 30 years. Have called Comcast over 4 times with no luck, but they are saying they own our original number but it cannot be assigned to us because we are in a different rate center. @CCKenF i know you have been able to help some other customers in the past, but I do not see a way to send a private msg to you directly.
