Installed a new modem today. Internet and TV are working fine but phones are not. They were working before I took the old modem off.

Have you activated the new modem as described in the following message?
Thanks for trying to help. None of the modems pictured are the one we just got.
After an hour with Comcast support and two days of waiting for level 2 support we came home to working phones and a voicemail saying they had to do some re-programming on their end.
